Cambodia Subsidiary

Established in 2006, CFOCN is the first and leading provider of shared FOC network, plays a vital role in advancing Cambodia’s communications infrastructure. CFOCN has built 23000+km backbone FOC network and 2000+km metro duct network nationwide and owns the landing station of AAE-1 submarine in Cambodia.

Myanmar Subsidiary

Incorporated in 2012, MFOCN is Myanmar’s leading provider of shared fiber optic communications infrastructure. MFOCN has built 35000+km backbone FOC network and 4000+km metro duct network. Our services span backbone, metro, and FTTx networks, forming an integrated infrastructure that empowers our clients with scalable, high-performance connectivity across the country.

Philippines Subsidiary

Incorporated in 2018, PFOCN is the only independent fiber optic cable communications infrastructure operator in the Philippines. As a subsidiary of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited, PFOCN leverages the Group’s 20 years of experience in investing, constructing, operating, and maintaining underground FOC networks. PFOCN has completed 16,000+km FOC network, with 6,000+km ongoing and an overall plan of 60,000km nationwide FOC network. Supported by 60+ nationwide maintenance teams, PFOCN delivers cost-effective, high-quality underground fiber optic infrastructure and offers a unique infrastructure sharing business model, allowing customers to purchase or lease FOC networks based on their network development plans and financial status.
